  • Pan-fried Arctic char with vegetable risotto and herb sauce. Artic char can be replaced with chicken breast or tofu
  • Slow-cooked lambfillet coated with herbs, root vegetables, Anna potatoes (Pommes Anna) & demi-glace
  • Chicken breast filled with herb butter, vegetable ragout, skyr-sauce & Parmesan
