Aurora Group Dinner menu (2 or 3 courses) 

Starters

  • Soup of the day with bread & herb oil
  • Aurora salad with cherry tomato & grape salsa, basil feta cheese, croutons & honey vinaigrette
  • Beetroot cured arctic char, cucumber, dill mayo & grilled bread

Main courses

  • Slow cooked beef tenderloin, roasted baby potatoes, glazed root vegetables, Madeira sauce
  • Grilled salmon, creamy barley, local greens, beurre blanc
  • Glazed chicken breast, potato & cauliflower mash, carrots, local greens, herb dressing

Desserts

  • White chocolate & Skyr mousse, baked chocolate, raspberries
  • Sticky date pudding, toffee, vanilla icecream
  • Blueberry cheesecake in a glas, oats & créme anglaise

  • Grilled leg of lamb, roasted baby potatoes, glazed root vegetables, lamb jus

  • Seafood soup - lobster, scallops and herbs
  • Summer salad with halloumi, croutons, tomatoes, avocado, berries & herb dressing
  • Carpaccio, horse radish, pickled mustard seeds, mushrooms, salad & Parmesan dressing 

Main courses

  • Pan-fried Arctic char with vegetable risotto and herb sauce. 
  • Slow-cooked lambfillet coated with herbs, root vegetables,  potatoes & demi-glace
  • Chicken breast filled with herb butter, vegetable ragout, skyr-sauce & Parmesan

Desserts

  • Ice cream & berries  (vegan option available)
  • Coffee Panna Cotta, ice cream, brulée & granita
  • Chocolate mousse  (vegan option available)

  • Soup of the day with freshly baked bread and butter
  • Pan-fried Arctic char with vegetable risotto and herb sauce. Artic char can be replaced with chicken breast or tofu
