The Fludir region is famous for its organic produce and our hotel restaurant allows you opportunity to sample some of the very finest. As a major agricultural site, the area is home to the best. In an elegant and peaceful atmosphere, you can enjoy both your meal and the view before you as you look out at the extraordinary landscape.

For further relaxation, a cosy bar and sitting area is also open to you, where you can sip a drink and socialise after an exciting day’s activity.


Group menu 2009


Starters

1. Creamed soup of mushrooms or vegetables
or
2. Homemade pate of mixed seafood  “mosaik”

Freshly baked bread is served with all starters


Main

1. Oven-baked cod with herb infused noissette, vegetables and potatomousse.
2. Vegetable“steak” with herb sauce, fried baby potatoes and the freshest available vegetables from Flúđir (for vegeterian)
3. Breast of chicken with mushroom-sauce, fried baby potatoes and vegetables (for groups staying 2 nights.)


Desert

1. Vanilla icecream with fresh strawberries from Flúđir.
or
2. Icelandic "Skyr" with strawberries and cream.
